The Art of Responding: Using Brain Science & Creativity in the Moment

What if your child’s behavior isn’t something to control—but something to understand?

In this class, we’ll explore what’s really happening in your child’s brain beneath the surface of their behavior—and inside of you—so you can respond with more clarity, confidence, and intention in the moment.

Drawing on insights from neuropsychiatrist Dan Siegel, and other experts in the field, the work of Conscious Discipline, and my own Conscious & Connected Discipline framework, you’ll begin to see behavior through a new lens—one rooted in brain science, connection, and compassion.

In this class, you’ll learn how to:

  • Understand the brain and the brain states driving your child’s behavior

  • Recognize your own triggers and the factors influencing your reactions

  • Shift from automatic reactions to intentional responses

  • Use creativity in the moment to find solutions that actually work

This is not about getting it “right” every time. It’s about becoming more aware, more grounded, and more equipped to meet your child—and yourself—with understanding.

Because when you change how you see the behavior… you change how you respond to it.
